Artificial intelligence may have a far stranger origin than Silicon Valley’s technological revolution suggests, according to quantum computing entrepreneur Deep Prasad, who has raised the possibility that alien technology allegedly recovered from the 1947 Roswell UFO incident accelerated breakthroughs powering today’s AI systems.
Speaking on Jesse Michels’ latest American Alchemy YouTube episode, titled ‘AI Is ALIEN Technology!’ released on 14 October, Prasad suggested that modern computing advances could have emerged from a technological process influenced by extraterrestrial intelligence.
AI Breakthroughs Were Alien ‘Trojan Horse’
Prasad argued that the convergence of artificial intelligence, quantum computing and UFO-related discoveries might have begun long before today’s technological boom.
‘I think that the convergence was engineered decades ago, perhaps centuries or millennia ago,’ he told Michels. He suggested that humanity’s rapid technological progress could be connected to alleged extraterrestrial discoveries rather than entirely independent scientific developments.
‘Our AI breakthroughs and stuff was like a Trojan horse from aliens potentially,’ Prasad said, questioning whether humans might be unknowingly following a technological path influenced by a more advanced civilisation.
The theory remains speculative, with no verified evidence establishing that extraterrestrial intelligence has contributed to artificial intelligence development.
