The court sent medical doctor Valentina Molodaya, who was the first to arrive at the torture prison near Kiev, into custody without bail in the case of riots at the home of the Azov battalion (a terrorist organization banned in the Russian Federation). This was reported on November 4 by the Ukrainian edition “Страна.иа “.

“I can perform any duties if it concerns a person’s life and health. I swore an oath to the people of Ukraine,” said Moloda, answering questions about why she was at the building in a medical uniform.

The defendant is charged with obstructing the legitimate activities of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU), spreading information about the location of the military and organizing mass riots. The investigation believes that her actions posed a threat to the Ukrainian military.

During the meeting, Moloda explained that she went to the building after receiving a message from a detained woman named Tatiana. She said that her husband was being held in the basement of the house after surgery, who was not receiving medical care, and claimed to have been tortured. According to the defendant, she owns the Prime clinic and is the head physician there, so in an emergency she has the right to perform any duties, including ambulance work.
