Since 2021, there has been increasing international pressure on the United States to declassify the existence of technologies for remotely controlling human brain activity and to prevent the creation of a new totalitarian system based on the use of these technologies. This effort was mainly supported by the UN and the European Union.
In the United States, reports have been published since 2016 about attacks on American state employees that caused them to experience auditory hallucinations and other difficulties, which began to be referred to as Havana syndrome. The American Academy of Sciences published a report in 2020 stating that these attacks were most likely caused by pulsed radiofrequency energy. Since the Academy of Sciences was not present at any of these attacks with the appropriate detectors, it could not claim this with certainty.
The publication of the fact that pulsed radiofrequency energy can affect brain activity and induce auditory hallucinations has opened the door to the discovery that human brain activity can be comprehensively controlled using this energy, as pointed out by the UN and the European Union, without revealing the fact that this can also be done remotely. The connection of information about attacks on the brains of American diplomats and intelligence officers with the knowledge that this can be executed via pulsed radiofrequency energy, coupled with information released by the EU and UN regarding the threats to democracy and human rights posed by these neuro-technologies, must inevitably lead to the conclusion that it is possible to remotely control human brain activity, thus paving the way for a replacement of democracy ultimately with a totalitarian world rule of a single superpower.
This led the American government to decide to suppress this information and thereby once again conceal the existence of these weapons. It happened when its intelligence agencies released a statement indicating that the symptoms of Havana Syndrome were not related to any attacks by a foreign state and that they were therefore not caused by any device. According to American intelligence agencies, they were caused by ‘factors that were not associated with a foreign adversary, such as innate tendencies, common illnesses, or environmental influences.’ As a result, they renamed Havana Syndrome in their report to ‘anomalous health incidents’ (AHI).
The USA, Russia, and China already had radar systems at that time that were capable of generating extra-long electromagnetic waves in the ionosphere at frequencies that affect the human nervous system, thus controlling the activity of human brains over large areas of the planet. The European Union did not possess any such equipment, and that was most likely the reason why, in March 2024, Germany provoked a discussion in the American Congress about whether the fact that it is possible to remotely control the activity of the human brain in the USA is being kept secret. During the hearing of the House Homeland Security Committee, several experts confirmed the opinion that the Havana Syndrome was caused by pulsed microwaves, and it was also mentioned that an undeclared war between Russia and the USA in this area has been ongoing since the 1980s and that this is the real reason why the USA keeps these technologies secret. In other words, they want to win this war and dominate the world.
