The result of being injected with patented products is being owned by the patent holders.

However, the 13ᵗʰ Amendment to the Constitution abolished slavery in the United States and provides that “Neither slavery nor involuntary servitude, except as a punishment for crime whereof the party shall have been duly convicted, shall exist within the United States, or any place subject to their jurisdiction.“

So, these gene technology patent holders and companies using the technology that, by definition, enslaves people injected, are violating the Constitution.
